Where are your offices located?
DeltaForce is located in the heart of New York City. For a map of our locations, directions and contact information, please visit our contact page.
How do I submit my timesheet?
DeltaForce offers several timesheet options. The method of submitting time will vary depending on which client you are working for. For clients who utilize our OnePoint web-based time tracking service, your time is submitted via a web browser or through an electronic time clock. For clients who prefer the traditional method of paper timesheets, or who have not yet migrated to our OnePoint system, your time will be recorded and approved using a paper timesheet. You can logon to OnePoint here, or download a timesheet here.
How do I receive my pay?
DeltaForce offers candidates two methods of payment: Direct Deposit or Paycards. Candidates who choose direct deposit have their pay automatically wired to their checking or savings account each week. While direct deposit is the preferred method of payment, candidates may also choose the paycard option. Paycards are similar to direct deposit but instead of a bank account, your weekly pay is automatically wired to a debit card. The debit card can be used to make purchases or withdraw money from an ATM, however, fees apply with each transaction. In our effort to go green we no longer offer paper checks as a payment option.
What is DeltaForce Legal's pay schedule?
Candidates are paid every Thursday for the previous week's work.
How do I receive my paystub?
In our effort to go green, we do not print paper check stubs. Every active DeltaForce employee can access their paystubs and pay history online with their DeltaForce Employee Web Services Account. Online paystubs are printable for employees that need access to a hard copy. The instructions for accessing your Employee Web Services Account are as follows:
- Click the Login to Services dropdown menu at the top of the page
- Select Login to Employee Web Services
- Click the Applicant Services Link
- Enter your email address and your four digit pin (If you forgot your pin or need your pin activated, please contact your placement counselor)
I worked overtime last week but do not see the overtime in my pay. What happened?
All overtime (hours that exceed 40 within a week) must be verified by our clients. If a client does not verify overtime before the payroll deadline, we pay you for all regular time, but must hold the overtime pay until your following check. DeltaForce reminds clients each week of pending overtime verification requests and overtime is typically verified prior to the payroll deadline.
Does DeltaForce Legal offer a 401K Plan?
Yes, we do.
Does DeltaForce offer referral bonuses?
We do! In fact, the majority of our candidates come from referrals. If you know a legal support candidate who would be interested in a contract or direct-hire position, please use our referral form to submit their information (and yours!).
Does DeltaForce offer training?
We do. Our training classes are designed for attorneys and paralegals who wish to increase their skill set. We are currently offering beginner and advanced blue booking classes, and will be adding additional courses in the future. To learn more about our current classes please see our training page.
